What a few weeks it has been!



This summer, Roomzzz Aparthotels teams across the UK came together for Roomzzz Gives Back 2026, our annual charitable initiative dedicated to raising money, bringing people together and supporting causes that make a real difference.



And this year, we achieved something incredible.



Together, Roomzzz Gives Back 2026 raised a record-breaking £60,500 in partnership with the Parklane Foundation, with the funds going towards supporting Koalaa Prosthetics and the Foundation’s other charity partners.
From cycling challenges and BBQs to baking, car washes, raffles and plenty of team spirit, colleagues across our aparthotels threw themselves into the challenge. Most importantly, our guests, partners and wider Roomzzz community got behind them every step of the way.



What is Roomzzz Gives Back?
Roomzzz Gives Back is our way of bringing charitable giving into the heart of what we do.
Taking place from 6th to 26th July 2026, this year's campaign encouraged teams across our Roomzzz Aparthotels to organise their own fundraising activities, get guests involved and find creative ways to raise as much as possible.



Each property put its own spin on the challenge.
Our Newcastle team hosted Roomzzz Fest, while London Stratford brought people together with a BBQ. Teams took on virtual challenges too, including York to Rome, Manchester to Madrid and Edinburgh to London.
Elsewhere, there was baking and cooking in Leeds, a car wash in Nottingham and an ambitious challenge to complete 500 laps of Chester's historic city walls.
Different challenges, different cities, but one shared goal: to give back.



Supporting Koalaa and Our Charity Partners
The money raised through Roomzzz Gives Back 2026 will go to the Parklane Foundation, helping to support its work with Koalaa Prosthetics alongside its other charity partners and beneficiaries.
Koalaa is working to make prosthetics more accessible, affordable and comfortable for people with limb differences, helping individuals take part in everyday activities and pursue the things that matter to them.
Alongside Koalaa, the Parklane Foundation works with a range of charitable organisations and community initiatives, helping to ensure funds raised can make a positive difference to people and communities who need support.
It's this wider impact that makes Roomzzz Gives Back so important. Every donation contributes towards the Foundation's ongoing work and helps its charity partners continue making a tangible difference.



A Night of Giving
Roomzzz Gives Back wasn't just about individual fundraising challenges.
As part of this year's campaign, Roomzzz also pledged an entire night's revenue to the Parklane Foundation through our Night of Giving.
It was a simple idea with a big impact and allowed our guests to become part of Roomzzz Gives Back simply by choosing to stay with us.
Combined with the fantastic fundraising efforts taking place across our properties, the Night of Giving helped take this year's final total to an incredible new level.



Did You Find the Lucky Room?
Another big part of Roomzzz Gives Back 2026 was our Lucky Room Raffle.
Throughout the campaign, guests and supporters could purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win a very special Roomzzz prize: a complimentary overnight stay at every Roomzzz Aparthotel.
We're delighted to say that the Lucky Room has officially been found, with Sue Manville claiming this year's fantastic prize!
A huge thank you goes to everyone who bought a ticket and helped us add even more to our fundraising total.
£60,500 Raised – Our Biggest Year Yet
After adding together the fundraising efforts of our teams, support from our guests, the Lucky Room Raffle and our Night of Giving, we reached an amazing final total of:
£60,500.
It's a record-breaking result for Roomzzz Gives Back and something our entire team can be incredibly proud of.
The money raised will now help the Parklane Foundation support Koalaa Prosthetics and its other charity partners, helping turn the incredible efforts of our teams and guests into meaningful support for people and communities.
Behind that final figure are hundreds of individual acts of generosity. Every colleague who organised an activity. Every guest who bought a raffle ticket. Every person who donated. Every team member who took on a challenge. And everyone who shared, encouraged and supported our fundraising throughout the campaign.
When you put all those individual contributions together, they can create something pretty special.



A Huge Thank You From Roomzzz
Roomzzz Gives Back is about more than raising money. It's about using the strength of our teams, our aparthotels and our communities to make a positive difference.
We couldn't have achieved this year's record-breaking total without the enthusiasm of our Roomzzz teams across the country and the incredible generosity of our guests, partners and supporters.
To everyone who played a part in Roomzzz Gives Back 2026, however big or small, we want to say a huge thank you.



Together with the Parklane Foundation, we're incredibly proud that the money raised will help support Koalaa Prosthetics and the Foundation's other charity partners, extending the impact of Roomzzz Gives Back far beyond our aparthotels.
